Daniel Powell Studio were approached by our client and commissioned to offer an improved layout and design on a basement conversion in the heart of Harrogate.
We took over this particular project from the previous design practice.

This basement is a very impressive space, housing a swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, gym and changing rooms.
All sat under a sun Terrance with a 3.2 x 3.2m walk on roof window!

A full re-design, fresh planning application, full set of construction drawings all completed in house.

Bringing together all required specialists to offer an insurance backed guarantee on the basement tanking system etc.
