Daniel Powell Studio were commissioned by our client to design and prepare redevelopment proposals for Gatenby Grange - a former mixed-use farmstead comprising a variety of traditional and modern agricultural buildings.

The proposed scheme will involve purpose built state of the art classic and supercar storage facilities, a sympathetically renovated clubhouse, a single-storey structure for private pit lane garaging, topped with an entertaining terrace on the first floor.....

We are currently in the design phase and excited to see this project take shape!
