Daniel Powell Studio were approached by our client to assist in transforming this garage and loft space in a purposeful utility and first floor entertaining space.

The proposed plans include replacement garage door making the site entrance much more pleasing. Internal re-configurations to include new staircase etc

Design and planning secured, tender package created, and completed 2025.

A great result all-round!
