Daniel Powell Studio were commissioned to create additional living space within this home in Ripon.

The proposed design is a single-storey side extension to accommodate a new ground-floor WC accessed from the utility room. A hip-to-gable conversion and a rear dormer window provides additional space in the loft for two bedrooms and a family bathroom.

The first floor has been re-configured with a new staircase to the loft and the creation of a walk-through area leading into the master bedroom.
