Daniel Powell Studio were approached by our client to assist in transforming this single storey bungalow in Ripon with a loft conversion and roof lift in order to maximise the potential of the property.

The proposed plans include an open, vaulted entrance hall with a feature staircase, and a statement gable window on the principle elevation. The first floor has provided space for an additional two bedrooms and a bathroom.

Design and planning secured, tender package created, and due to be on site 2026. A great result all-round!
