Daniel Powell Studio were commissioned to assist with a new rear extension along with an internal re-design and external facelift for Helperby Cricket Pavilion.

The proposed changes include replacing the existing clubhouse entrance with bifold doors to improve natural light and views of the pitch, alongside a new serving/bar area. The re-design accommodates a new kitchen, upgraded toilets, increased storage, and improved changing facilities. These include larger changing rooms with external access, a dedicated female changing room, and a separate officials' changing area.

Planning secured, construction detailing and tender package created.
