Daniel Powell Studio were commissioned by our client to design and prepare redevelopment proposals for Gatenby Grange - a former mixed-use farmstead comprising a variety of traditional and modern agricultural buildings.

The proposed scheme will involve car storage facilities, a sympathetically renovated clubhouse, a single-storey structure for private pit lane garaging, topped with a terrace on the first floor.....

We are currently in the design phase and excited to see this project take shape!
