Daniel Powell Studio were approached by our client to transform this property. With the erection of a single-storey rear extension and amendments to the roof design of the existing single-storey extension, we could create a new indoor/outdoor entertainment area which flows into the current kitchen/dining room. Upstairs, the addition of a rear dormer increased the useable floor area in the master bedroom. We also designed a replacement and enlarged garage/store with a garden room.
Planning permission secured.
