Daniel Powell Studio were approached by a client to re-design their newly purchased home. The house has had numerous extensions over the years to create a vast floor plan but this has resulted in a poor flow throughout the house and poor use of space. We were able to create both single storey and double storey extensions to house a new master suit as well as relocating most of the ground floor spaces in our mission to enhance this already beautiful property. Planning approval has been obtained.
