Daniel Powell Studio were approached by our client to assist in the transformation of a semi-detached bungalow in Ripon.

The aim of the scheme was to incorporate an additional bedroom and en-suite within the existing loft space. To overcome the challenge of limited headroom, we have designed a side-facing dormer window to increase the usable footprint and provide a more functional layout. On the ground floor, the kitchen will benefit from a single-storey rear extension.
