Daniel Powell Studio were approached by a client on High Street Pately Bridge to re-design the floor plans for the three stories and a replacement staircase and platform for the external access to the first floor.
The ground floor change to create a self contained flat consisting of an entrance hall, lounge and bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
The first floor was altered to give a kitchen, utility room, dining room and lounge.
The second floor was altered improve the layout.
The access to the first floor is via an external staircase and platform, this has been redesigned to incorporate a spiral staircase and larger platform.
