The proposal is to relocate the kitchen into the new rear single-storey extension, which will flow into the relaxed living/dining space. Relocating the staircase into the entrance hall opens up the space and creates better flow throughout the house.

We added a rear dormer window to maximise the useable footprint of the first floor, as well as a first floor extension where the new master suite is located.
