Daniel Powell Studio were asked by our client to design a replacement for the existing collapsing stone barn.

We have planning permission granted for a new detached garage / store, with a wrap-around utility and sunroom. The garage will re-use the stone from the existing barn in order to retain the character and appearance of the site and the surrounding buildings.

Tender package created and due to be on site 2026.
