Daniel Powell Studio were approached from a client who had already received planning approval for a barn conversion on this site, difficulties with the previous designer meant we had to start from scratch on the building regulations application and SAP calculations, a difficult thing to do when you haven't designed the building.
With everything in hand and our support throughout the build, we managed to deal with an enforcement, get the build onsite and deliver a fantastic spec conversion

Now fully completed.
