Daniel Powell Studio were approached by our client to transform this expansive c6000 sq ft bungalow into an impressive c11,000 sq ft manor house. With planning secured for a first floor extension, an internal remodel, and changes to the fenestration, the original bungalow will be unrecognisable.

The transformation includes relocating the main entrance from the rear to the principle elevation, introducing a grand entrance hall and feature staircase. The ground floor has been redesigned to provide a more efficient layout, with a bright, open-plan kitchen and living space at the central point of the house. The first floor features a generous landing with access to a balcony, along with a large master suite complete with en-suite and dressing rooms.

There are also plans for a complete landscaping / entrance re-design....this is going to be one spectacular build that we anticipate to be onsite 2025.
