Daniel Powell Studio were approached by our client to assist with maximising the workable floor space within an existing detached stone building to form a studio, and with some alterations to the fenestration.

We were also asked to design a replacement workshop for the existing storage unit and ancillary buildings which are currently unfit for purpose, of poor construction, and unsafe for staff to use.
