Daniel Powell Studio were commissioned to modernise and extended this already substantial house in the centre of Harrogate. We tendered for the project and received the thumbs up to survey and begin the design process. The house was in need of a complete refurbishment, we had a clear brief from the client and worked up a thorough specification to take to tender. Overseeing throughout the build and providing snagging reports where necessary.
The results are stunning, we have added a lower level rear sunroom, loft conversion and a large extension to the garage.
